Oakley Home Builders Newest Homeowners Speak Out!

Oakley Home Builders recently had the opportunity to speak to our newest homeowners, Robin and Howard. They contracted OHB to build their custom dream home in Downers Grove.

“When were considering building our home, we would take walks around Downers Grove to get a feel for what we were looking for. The homes built by Oakley stood out from all the rest. The quality of their work was evident, and fit our style perfectly! The website is very user friendly. We love to look at Oakley's current projects to see what other clients are doing.

We are built a craftsman style home, which fits in well with our neighborhood. It is the perfect mix of classic style with a modern, contemporary feel. We wanted a home with a lot of character, which we could entertain in, yet still be "kid friendly". Ryan and Steve did just that! The selection process moved at good pace. We weren't overwhelmed by having to make too many decisions at one time. Ryan and Steve really worked hard to make our dream house a reality.

We would absolutely recommend OHB to others, in fact, we already have! Both Ryan and Steve are great to work with. They have a fun, relaxed style that works for us. We had heard horror stories from friends who have built new construction, including longer build times, going over budget and poor working relationships. People are always so surprised when we tell them that we have not experienced any of these things! Not only has our home been completed two months ahead of schedule, but Ryan and Steve helped us stay within our budget. We are beyond thrilled with our new home!”
