Oakley Home Builders has purchased a home for it's new office building. 4912 Main Street, Downers Grove, Illinois will be the location address.
The office building is believed to have been standing since the late 1940's. Previous owners included a chiropractor in the late 1960's and most recently a Tea Room. Oakley Home Builder’s new office building will continue to lend personality to Main Street.
Oakley Home Builders hopes to repurpose the current structure into one of a versatile workspace with great curb appeal. As with every "Oakley Home" the new office building has been designed to utilize all square footage to it's fullest. The facade will be of stone and siding much like a gorgeous custom home from OHB’s portfolio.
Oakley Home Builder’s new office will be as much of a showpiece of their work as any of their spectacular custom retreats. Oakley hopes to move into their office building late 2010. Be sure to watch for the grand opening and ribbon cutting events.
